When will my order ship?
In stock items ship within 3 business days. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order items are available.
What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order item is a product in the production or manufacturing stage. These items will ship once they arrive in our warehouse. An estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
Please note, if you order other in stock items along with a pre-order item, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order?

Can I return my order?
Yes, just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process. To start a return, email support@allotmentproductions.com
Can I exchange my order/item?
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) & reorder a replacement to ensure you get the size you need, designs sell out quickly! Your refund will be processed once we've received your returned item(s).
I’ve moved since I placed an order, can I change my address?
As long as your order has not shipped we can update the shipping address. Please email us at support@allotmentproductions.com
My size is sold out, will more become available?
To ensure you get your size we encourage you to order during the pre-order stage. Stock is limited in quantities on most items. Items in the “Sale” section are discontinued styles and will not be restocked.
